Cost per person:

One-off Payment (without flights): £950 for a quad room, £1,060 for a triple room, and 1,200 for a double room. We recommend that you avoid the quad room unless you are a family of four or have been before.

Hotels

Mecca: Address Jabal Omar* 5-star breakfast is included.

Medina: Shaza Regency Plaza* A highly-rated 5-star hotel, breakfast is not included.

Both are within a few minutes’ walking distance of the sacred mosques.

Flights are now available from London Heathrow

You are responsible for arranging your own transport to and from Manchester airport. Luggage allowance is 7kg cabin luggage and 30kg holding luggage.

All other transport including visits to heritage sites within Saudi Arabia are provided for.

Health Requirements

A Covid-19 vaccine is not currently required for umrah. Please check the Saudi embassy for updated health requirements.

There are many hospitals which provide free healthcare for pilgrims. There are also some private, fee-charging hospitals. Over-the-counter medicines are widely available.

If you are pregnant or suffer severe mental health problems, we will require a fit-to-fly certificate from your GP.

Payment

Payment must be made upon registration, otherwise the application will be rejected.

A choice to pay in 4 monthly installments is available at a slightly additional cost. e.g.:

Double: £520 x4 = £2,080
Triple: £480 x4 = £1,920
Quad: £460 x4 = £1,840*

Refunds cannot be given once flights are booked; if you cannot make it, then we encourage you to find someone else to fill your space.

Children

Children are allowed to come but you must ensure you are with them at all times. New Beginnings assumes no liability for any injury caused to children.

You must register each child individually mentioning the name of the parent on the application form. A maximum of 2 children are permitted to come. Any child over 2 years old will incur the same costs as an adult.

Couples

Heritage Muslim spouses can come too, they must register individually mentioning the name of their spouse.

Visas

Visas are included in the final price, please make sure that you have at least 6 months remaining on your passport at the time of travel.

If you wish to arrange your own visa, you can do so at a reduction of £30 in the total price.

Cancellation

If you cancel for any reason, we cannot guarantee a refund. We encourage you to try and find someone else to take your space. If we have a waiting list, we will most certainly try and offer your space to others.

Visits

Visits to locations within Saudia Arabia of special interest will be provided, such as Mount Hira, Quba Mosque, Mosque of the 2 Qiblahs, Badr, and Uhud.
