- "Salam just wanted to say a Hugh thank you for the Eid party today, it was our first time coming and what a blast me and my children had, even my mother who is a non-Muslim loved to see what had been put on for revert Muslims and was astounded to see what such a beautiful event was pulled off today for all these new converts alhamdulillah."

- "I very much enjoyed my time at the event! SubHanallah the generosity may Allah reward you.
My non-Muslim nephew, sister and his girlfriend came. He made a comment at the ice cream van that is it free? I said yes. He said who would do something like that I cant believe it. I think it was something that many overlook in other events but how that just being free was a form of Dawah to him as he was set back by the generosity of the event."

- "We all had a brilliant time, it was so nice to be around other converts and our children to play too. The food, entertainment, decor, were all really good quality especially since it was a free event, which was inclusive and appreciated. There was zero mention or pressure for money unlike at most paid ticket events, but equally, we said we would have loved to donate and contribute towards the costs or to pay for extras like the ice cream van.

That said, if there was ever an event again I'd absolutely invite my non-Muslim family and the little things like ordering from the ice cream van, face painting etc and realising it had all been paid for, blew us away, that kindness and generosity never happens at fun day events anywhere so it's something I'd like them to see that would inshaAllah promote Islam to them, and then I'd contribute/donate separately."

- "This was not just an Eid party though. For converts, this is an opportunity to not be the odd one out and affirm that even though it seems like a lonely path there are others walking it too. It creates memories for our children and connects them to Eid which is something that can be hard for us adults to do when we are still trying to navigate our own way with faith and identity. How can I possibly find the words to express my gratitude for providing children with a sense of Islam? Alhamdulilah.
Again, this is not just an Eid party. This is opening doors, opening hearts, welcoming people home, guiding people on their way and watering the seeds that Allah has planted.
Did I mention the cake?

May Allah bless you all working behind the scenes at New Beginnings."

- "Thank you so much for such a wonderful party. I brought my mum along who isn't a Muslim and it was really nice to show her that I'm not the only one, and have made a few connections that hopefully will result in us meeting up so a lot of good came from it. I only wish I'd asked someone to speak to my mum to try and get her heart to incline!"
