A heritage retreat through Islamic Spain
Join New Beginnings and Organic Soul for Echoes of Andalusia, a five-day heritage retreat through the historic cities of Cordoba and Granada in southern Spain. Together we will journey through the lands where faith once flourished and scholarship shaped a civilisation. From the arches of the Great Mosque of Cordoba to the quiet majesty of the Alhambra, this retreat invites us to explore the living legacy of Al-Andalus while reflecting on what it means for us today. Alongside visiting these remarkable places, we will also create space for reflection, shared learning, and meaningful conversation, allowing us to connect more deeply with this heritage and what it means for us today.

Don’t Just Take Our Word for It…
Wallahi, I had the best experience since becoming Muslim. When Imran said to give feedback on any shortcomings I was actually shocked by the question. I know you have to ask, but this retreat exceeded anything I could have imagined. I only wish it could have been longer 😔.
I’ve had time in the car to think, and honestly this weekend has been phenomenal so thank you!
Steph
I just wanted to write and say thank you all so much for all being so approachable and kind. I have had the best weekend in a very very long time alhamdullilah!
Gabriella
I felt so comfortable with anyone. and I felt like I can truly be who I am and come as I am. thank you so much for creating that safe space. I could have definitely recharged my spiritual battery. it was lovely to make new friends & to be able to connect with like-minded people. alhamdulillah.
Thank you so much, the retreat was truly life-changing, and I will be returning again if I can. You provided a non-judgmental space where all opinions and thoughts were included.
I absolutely loved it, I cant recommend it highly enough 🙂
Far too much to write on all the benefits, it exceeded expectations, Alhamdulillah.

I really appreciated the balance of prayer, teaching and opportunity to socialise with other brothers. This reduces isolation and fosters a sense of community. Everyone was so welcoming and kind and I felt supported as a new Muslim. It was a weekend of nourishment!
