The Trek
Snowdon is situated in the glorious mountain range of Snowdonia, where on a clear day you will be treated to some absolutely spectacular views.
Looking for an adventure? Meet like-minded people whilst raising funds for a worthy cause, take on this superb challenge in the heart of Wales, climbing from the foot of Snowdon to its summit in one day!
The Cause
New Beginnings is a non-profit organisation and registered UK charity that provides education, wellbeing and social support to converts to Islam, new and old, and people considering Islam. The past year has been an incredible journey of meeting people from around the world to grow and become confident and certain in their faith.
New Beginnings has many more exciting plans and ideas for the near future but this won’t be possible to sustain without your support. New Beginnings has been operating using volunteers and donations since its inception. In order for us to continue to deliver our high-quality services, we aim to raise a figure of at least £50,000 this year, 50 people raising £1,000 each would help us reach this goal, please join us in our very first fundraising hike and help us to serve the community.

Registration Fee: £10
We’re giving away the new iPad Mini or a luxury one night glamping retreat to the top fundraiser and a £50 Amazon voucher for the runner-up!
A coach will be provided from Oldham to Wales.
We ask you to try to raise a minimum of £250, if possible.
Please note that travel and accommodation are not provided. We can send you a list of nearby hotels, BnBs and Youth Hostels. Air BnB is also an option – just book online direct. Please book any accommodation ASAP as this often sells out in advance. We can help with car-sharing and organising coaches from main cities wherever possible.
