Ramadan is a month to focus on your mind, body and soul. Dedicating time to your wellbeing is worship and rewardable. Join us this Ramadan for a FREE 4-week workshop on mindfulness & yoga to work towards a better version of you.
Mindfulness is a teaching that we can use in our everyday life to aid us in being more aware of the present moment, of our own thoughts and feelings, and of the world around us. This can help us enjoy life more and understand ourselves better, improving our mental wellbeing.
By the end of the 4 weeks, you will feel more confident in incorporating mindfulness into your everyday life. Each class will begin with different breathing techniques that will allow your mind and body to relax deeper, preparing you for your practice. We will conclude the session with a gentle yoga flow.
In addition, the workshop will give you an opportunity to improve your flexibility, strength and balance. You will equip yourself with techniques to help manage stress and improve your overall wellness.
