New Beginnings is pleased to present a new 12-week course covering the life of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

As new Muslims and converts, it can be a struggle to connect to a prophet who plays such a pivotal role in the life of Muslims. This is also a great way for people who are not Muslims to gain an insight into the life of the most spoken-about individual in human history.

One of the ways we can achieve this connection is through knowledge of his life and by drawing life lessons from it.

This highly engaging course will provide a general overview of his life whilst not assuming any prior knowledge of participants and delivered in an accessible manner. All classes will be recorded and made accessible to registered participants.

About the teacher:
Amin Buxton was born in London. He converted to Islam in 1999 and read Arabic and Islamic Studies at SOAS, University of London. He also studied the Islamic sciences in a traditional setting in both Syria and Yemen. Since 2017 he has resided with his family in Edinburgh, Scotland. He is involved in several educational and social initiatives including New to Islam Edinburgh and Rafah International.
